Product Update

Production: June 04, 2024​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: June 03, 2024
  • Production: June 04, 2024
  • Availability: All customers

Upload User Groups​

Users now have the ability to create multiple User Groups at once. For details and guidelines, click here.

Other Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where rows could not be removed from tables or cascades via a Bulk Operations edit.
  • Resolved an issue where data entries in cascades were not being applied to assets via a Bulk Operation upload.
  • Resolved an issue where notification emails were not being sent when a system entitlement threshold was reached. Specified users will receive an email notification when they reach 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100% of their entitlement.
  • Resolved an issue where transparent background color configurations were not being respected for animated image files with transparency. All newly uploaded files will have the background configurations applied. A reprocess will be required to apply the background configurations to assets uploaded prior to this product update.
  • Resolved an issue where metadata exports were not respecting blank table rows.
